I used their services in early July 2025. Spoke with the owner who was prompt on email responses and courteous over the phone. I believe their pricing is competitive and the garbage bin rental pick up and removal went smoothly. They were willing to accommodate changes to pick up time. I would recommend their services.

I have never experienced such excellent service. I dealt with Aaron and his customer service was impeccable. They follow through on their commitment, the owner and the disposal crew. They were punctual every time. They supported me mentally as well as as I was dealing with a hoarding situation and was very stressed, but they were very kind and dealt with me with kid gloves. I would and will moving forward recommend Kapa Disposal to everybody that I know. Once again, such a phenomenal team.

Great service! Third time using them. Bins are always clean and in working order. Without even having to ask, they put down wood blocks when dropping off the bin so it doesn’t damage the driveway. Always easy to deal with over the phone and always helpful. When I call for a pickup, they’re always quick. When I ask them to pick it up after a certain time, they always manage to accommodate. And their pricing is competitive, more affordable than a lot of other companies I’ve called up. I’ve used them three times and I know I will give them my business again.
