I requested a bin for Monday morning, and KAPA Disposal’s prompt services had it on my driveway in the afternoon. The employees at KAPA Disposal maintained professionalism with delivery, as well as followed all the safety precautions in response to covid-19. As soon as I was finished, I texted the number on the bin to arrange for it to be picked up, and KAPA Disposal’s correspondence was quick and efficient to schedule a time, and safeIy pay without having to be in physical contact. It took me quite a bit of time to find a disposal company to work with because I’ve heard lots of horror stories of companies damaging drive ways, and over charging at the end of the job. But Aaron and his team let me know I wouldn’t be dealing with any of those issues. They delivered on their promises. The KAPA team are the type of people you want to be dealing with.

I used KAPA disposal for the first time to clean out garbage from my basement after recent renovations and a general cleaning of my garage. After I spoke with the owner he took a deposit on my credit card and it was promptly return when the job was finished. We had been looking for a company to do our roof and low and behold KAPA has a construction, reno company as well. After an assessment was done of the roof, we negotiated a price and within a day it was complete. The team they used was professional as well as the clean up job that was done, it was like nothing ever happened, except of course a beautiful new roof. I had been doing research on the quality of shingles ect. before hand and had a good idea of the price and KAPA was well within that range and the job they did was excellent.
